The pledge
No footer. Ever.
Our commitment
“MailSenseAI will never add a signature, footer, tagline, watermark, or promotional line to the emails you send — not on the free plan, not on any paid plan, not as a limited-time promotion, and not as a change of terms later.”
What that covers.
Free does not mean branded
The free plan is funded by Pro subscriptions and nothing else. It is not funded by advertising to your recipients.
No downgrade penalty
Cancel Pro and nothing appears in your emails. There is no branding to reinstate, because there was never any to remove.
Disclosure stays your call
We ship an optional consent footer you can switch on if you want recipients told that a thread is tracked. Optional means optional — off by default, controlled by you.
Nothing rewrites your signature
We inject a tracking pixel and, if you enable it, rewrite links for click tracking. We never touch the text of your email or append anything below it.
So how is it free?
Tracking is cheap to run and AI is not. So tracking — unlimited opens, clicks, and replies — is free forever, and Pro at $5/month buys unlimited AI follow-up drafts plus the deeper analytics: trends, recipients ranked by signal, the Chase Now worklist, geo and device detail.
That is the whole business model. Free users cost us very little and owe us nothing — including the bottom of their emails. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Giving up the branded footer means giving up the growth loop it creates, which is a real cost — the tracker on every free user’s email is how Mailtrack got famous. We would rather earn the install. If MailSenseAI helped you, a Chrome Web Store review does the job that footer would have.
Who does brand your emails?
Among the popular Gmail trackers, the Mailtrack/Mailsuite line appends a “Sent with…” signature on its free plan and lists removing it as a paid feature. Streak, Yesware, HubSpot, and Right Inbox do not add one — they cap the free plan instead. We put every figure side by side on the alternatives page, and the signature question specifically on email tracker without a signature.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
- Does MailSenseAI add “Sent with MailSenseAI” to my emails?
- No. Nothing is added to your emails on any plan — no signature, no footer, no tagline. That is the pledge on this page and it applies to the free plan too.
- What does MailSenseAI actually add to a tracked email?
- A 1×1 transparent tracking pixel, which is invisible and standard across every email tracker, and — only if you enable click tracking — rewritten link URLs that redirect through our domain before landing on the destination. Neither is visible text in your message.
- Why do other free email trackers add a signature?
- It is how they grow: every email a free user sends advertises the product to the recipient, and removing that signature is what the paid plan sells. We gave up that growth loop deliberately, which is why this page exists.
- Could this change later?
- It is the differentiator the product is built on — adding a footer would make MailSenseAI indistinguishable from the trackers people leave to get here. This page is dated and public precisely so the commitment can be held against us.
- How do I turn on the optional consent footer?
- It is a toggle in the MailSenseAI compose bar inside Gmail, and it is off unless you switch it on. Some teams enable it for compliance or because they would rather be upfront about tracking; that is a choice you make per account.
