Acceptable use & anti-spam.

MailSenseAI is an email tracking and follow-up tool that works inside your own Gmail account. It tells you when a message you sent was opened, clicked, or replied to, and helps you draft and send a timely follow-up on that same conversation.

Every follow-up MailSenseAI sends is a message you write or explicitly approve, sent to a recipient you are already corresponding with, on a thread you started. MailSenseAI does not import contact lists, scrape prospects, or send mail to people you have not chosen to email.

You may use MailSenseAI only to send email to recipients who have a genuine, existing relationship with you or who have otherwise consented to receive email from you — for example, people you are already in a conversation with, customers, applicants, or contacts who asked you to follow up. You must have a lawful basis to email every recipient.

Follow-ups sent through MailSenseAI must relate to the original conversation and must give the recipient a clear, honest way to tell you to stop. Honor any request to stop promptly.

You may not use MailSenseAI to:

• send spam, or any unsolicited bulk or commercial email to recipients who did not consent to receive it;
• send cold outreach to purchased, scraped, rented, or otherwise non-consented recipient lists;
• disguise, forge, or misrepresent the sender, subject line, or origin of a message, or route mail through another party's systems without authorization;
• send content that is deceptive, fraudulent, phishing, malware-bearing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful;
• track recipients in violation of applicable law, or otherwise use engagement data unlawfully;
• evade a recipient's unsubscribe or opt-out request, or continue emailing someone who has asked you to stop.

When sending through MailSenseAI you must comply with all applicable anti-spam and email laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, and the EU GDPR / ePrivacy rules, and with the Google Email Sender Guidelines. Because MailSenseAI sends on your behalf through your own Gmail account, you are the sender of record and are responsible for meeting these standards.

MailSenseAI does not provide a bulk-mail or mass-mailing feature, a prospect-list import, a lead-scraping tool, or a cold-email campaign builder. It requests only the Gmail send permission (gmail.send) — it cannot read, search, or modify your mailbox — and it sends only the individual follow-up messages you write or approve, one conversation at a time.

An optional one-line consent footer can be enabled — workspace-wide or per send — so recipients know that engagement is being measured. You are responsible for obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires for engagement tracking; the consent footer is provided to help you do so.

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts that send spam or unsolicited mail, or that otherwise breach these rules. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant provider or authority. We reserve the right to act to protect recipients, our service, and other users.
